PUMPS
PUMPS FOR THE METAL INDUSTRY
Firstly, our magnetic drive centrifugal pumps and stainless steel pumps are designed to withstand both chemical and corrosive substances. As a result, they are suitable for continuous use and contribute significantly to your production success. Moreover, our products reliably support you in processes such as degreasing, recycling, or the disposal of industrial wastewater.
In addition, Leading Electroplating Systems, in collaboration with Sager + Mack, facilitates the safe and reliable handling of hazardous media. This includes everything from pure chemicals to highly contaminated wastewater. Depending on your needs, we offer both horizontal and vertical pumps for various applications.
Furthermore, Sager + Mack pumps are versatile, capable of filling, emptying, charging, and dosing. Thanks to intelligent detail solutions, these pumps enable both controlled and uncontrolled operation, ensuring efficient plant technology. Additionally, low-maintenance, magnetically coupled pumps guarantee safe and leak-free operation. Consequently, environmentally harmful substances are no longer a concern due to hermetic sealing. Furthermore, the specialized design of the impellers and bearings allows for operation with more heavily contaminated media that contain solids. Overall, Sager + Mack stands for enhanced safety and extended plant service life.

FILTERS
FILTER TECHNOLOGY
Leading Electroplating Systems offers you a large product portfolio of filters. In particular, these filters can also be used for recycling operating fluids in the metal industry. For example, bag filters for cooling lubricants effectively separate unwanted solids from the circulating cooling lubricant. As a result, the optimum cooling and lubricating effect is maintained. Moreover, this filtration prevents clogging of nozzles, reduces wear due to abrasion in the lines or on the tool, and potentially improves the workpiece surface.
Additionally, using absorber filters for circulating cleaning fluids, such as those used for degreasing plastic or metal parts, extends the life of the degreasing solution. Consequently, the service life of the medium can be tripled before a fluid change is necessary. Furthermore, these filters remove not only free oil but also emulsified oil.
Furthermore, quick-lock and twist-lock filters facilitate quick and easy filter changes with minimal downtime. Specifically, the lever on the quick-release cap enables you to open the filter cover with a single movement, allowing filter changes to take only a few seconds. Alternatively, the twist or screw cap provides a similarly simple and cost-effective option.
FILTER STATIONS FOR THE METAL INDUSTRY Simple and customized solutions allow the adaptation of Leading electroplating Systems and Sager + Mack filter units into existing production facilities in the metalworking industry as well as the dimensioning and new installation for newly built production plants. Submersible filter units, a combination of submersible pump and filter tank, can be easily retrofitted, for example, to supplement existing machine tools and multiply the service life of the cooling lubricants. Likewise, complete filter stations offer the possibility of cleaning baths permanently in circulation, thus keeping the quality of cleaning stable and reducing the use of expensive and environmentally harmful cleaning chemicals to a minimum.
